Body Sense can accommodate up to 5 people simultaneously & work with groups of up to 20 people in 1 day.

 Please arrive in casual attire if possible, with minimal make-up, perfumes & jewelry.

 Body Sense is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

 We ask that you not make undo noise while in our lobby & treatment rooms in consideration of other clients.

 Please turn off pagers and cell phones.

 All treatments are suitable for men and women.

 Children 13 - 17 may receive treatments with parents permission.

 Please notify the therapists and technicians of any medical conditions or allergies you may have.

 Gratuities are not included in treatment pricing, but are customary.

 Parties of 1 or 2 persons must cancel within 4 hours of scheduled treatments, parties of 3 or more must cancel 24 hours prior to scheduled treatments or those involved will be charged the full amount of the treatments they scheduled.

 When cancelling by voice mail or e-mail please ask for a confirmation that your message was received to avoid misunderstandings.

 Gift certificates may be transferred but will not be refunded for any reason
